Our team of international experts came together to solve the persistent gaps in the mission-critical infrastructure sector, specifically the silos between finding land for rapid deployment and final commissioning. We bridge these industry disconnects by combining Advisory services with Agentic Due Diligence, thus ensuring speed to market.

Meet our founder

With over 20 years in real estate, Mitali is driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence — a personal value that served as the bedrock for launching Level Ahead.

Her journey began in Oregon as a construction engineer at a semiconductor plant, before transitioning into consulting across pharma, research labs, technology manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. In 2012, she launched Mitali & Associates in Portland, registered as a Minority Woman Owned Business — and quickly expanded into Washington and California due to client demand. Her impactful work in Oregon earned her the women of vision award in 2016.

In 2019, Mitali moved to Germany to lead the global real estate Coe team for a leading sportswear brand. Although this transition marked the sunset of her own firm, her passion for innovation endured. Today, through Level Ahead, she channels her deep sector experience and client-first mindset into delivering exceptional value, creativity, and strategic vision to every partnership.

Meet Our CTO

Marc is a serial entrepreneur and software visionary with over 35 years of experience shaping the landscape of data analytics, business process management, and Artificial Intelligence. His career spans founding and scaling multiple successful tech ventures, including CARNOT, Thing-it, and The Real Insight - to leading global product strategies as SVP of Product Management at SunGard/Fidelity Information Systems in New York City.

Currently, Marc is at the forefront of AI innovation in the built-world sector. As a Lecturer and Research Lead for AI in Real Estate and Facility Management at Hochschule Luzern, he bridges the gap between academic research and practical application. 

Most notably, he is the creator of REAL GAIN, the emerging community and marketplace dedicated to Agentic AI in Real Estate across the DACH region.

    25+ years of end to end expansion in partnership with data center developers and real estate teams to identify appropriate sites, lead the entitlement process, transition to full design to meet customer specification and own construction programs.
